When Cherry Rose started Cherry Realty, Cherry Property Management and Cherry Renovation and Development in October 2006, she wanted their companies to provide the extra service and education that often make the difference for buyers, sellers, investors and agents. Her experience, expertise, enthusiasm, and attention to detail coupled with a willingness to listen have helped her build a strong reputation.
Cherry Realty focuses on helping its Realtors become successful "I have always enjoyed teaching people about real estate and I always found myself teaching new agents when I was with other companies," Rose said. "I decided it was time for me to share my success with others."
Cherry Realty provides lots of extras for its Realtors. These include free training on innovate ways to market homes, free business cards, free fliers for listings, free name riders for ‘For Sale’ signs, free sign installation, and one on one training and advice from Cherry.
"Most agents don’t get training from the Broker and Owner of the company they work for. We share our experience and expertise with all of our agents to insure they will be successful as Realtors and investors.
